自家製のクロテッドクリーム。
北海道の美味しい牛乳と生クリームとひとつまみの鹿児島キビ糖を、焦げ付かないようにゆっくり混ぜながら4～5時間かけて弱火でじっくりと煮詰めました。
牛乳と生クリームが持つ優しい甘味を引き出したクロテッドクリームはそのままでも美味しいですし、ジャムやあんこやドライフルーツなどど組み合わせてお使い頂いても美味しいです。

60gでさくらやま果房のスコーン4～5個位にお使い頂ける想定です。
